Weltmer Park
Weltmer Park is located on the south side of State Route 95, just before the intersection with State Route 39. The park is open to the public from dawn until dusk. The parks trails extend from the parking lot on State Route 95 to South Bridge Street with parking available on both State Route 95 and Bridge Street. The park includes two baseball diamonds, a batting cage, a pavilion available for rental (see Pavilion Rental section below), a bathroom, and a basket ball & Tennis ball Court on the State Route 95 side. Throughout the trails extending to South Bridge Street, there are multiple benches and picnic tables available for public use.
The Cleo Redd Fisher Museum donated a Johnny Appleseed Apple Tree Sapling to the village which was planted near the time capsule in Weltmer Park.
Loudonville Public Library Perrysville Branch
The Loudonville Public Library Perrysville Branch was opened in June of 2022, thanks to the support from the Loudonville Public Library and the Living Legacy Foundation. The unit is located right next to the Green-Perrysville Fire District off of State Route 39. This automated unit allows for any library card holder to borrow and return items, place and retrieve orders, and download digital items. The location also boasts a free public internet hotspot to enable internet connectivity to the community. The until remains operational 24/7 allowing those with conflicting schedules to access a the library regardless of conflict.
Pavilion Rental in Weltmer Park
The Pavilion, located on the State Route 95 side of Weltmer Park, is available for rental between dawn and dusk for celebrations and special events. There are 12 picnic tables available within the Pavilion along with several more benches and tables spread throughout the trails. A restroom facility is also structured adjacent to the pavilion.
Rules and Requirements
• No alcoholic beverages or gambling are permitted on the premises.
• No smoking is allowed inside any facility, including the restrooms and under the pavilion awning.
Applicant Requirements
• Cleanliness: You must pick up and throw away all trash in the provided receptacles, including in the restrooms.
• Condition of Premises: You accept the premises as-is and agree to return them in the same condition. You will also reimburse the village for any damages to the buildings, grounds, or equipment.
• Liability: You agree to indemnify the Village of Perrysville, its members, and agents against all liability for personal injury or property damage.
• Vacate on Time: You must vacate the premises by the scheduled time.
Failure to Comply
• Failing to follow these guidelines will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may lead to further action.
Community Center Rental
The Perrysville Community Center, located at the corner of West First Street and North Bridge Street, is an ideal venue for celebrations, meetings, and special events. The center offers a versatile space with a variety of amenities to accommodate your needs. It can accommodate up to 197 people standing, 141 with folding chairs, or 66 with a combination of tables and chairs. Available for use are ten 8-foot banquet tables and ten 60-inch round tables. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, warming oven, two large roasters, a 50-cup coffee pot, and a microwave. An audio/visual system with a projector, movie screen, podium, speakers, and wireless microphones is also available, along with a restroom.
Rules and Requirements
• No alcoholic beverages or gambling are permitted on the premises.
• No smoking is allowed inside any facility including the restrooms.
• No use of tape or tacks on the walls.
• Applicants charging for-profit are required to pay 10% of the proceeds to the Village.

• Cleanliness: You must pick up and throw away all trash in the provided receptacles, including in the restrooms (Do not use the dumpster behind the building).
• Condition of Premises: You accept the premises as-is and agree to return them in the same condition. You will also reimburse the village for any damages to the buildings, grounds, or equipment.
• Restore the Premises: You will put away all chairs and tables, return the heating or air conditioning to a reasonable level, and turn off all lights before closing and locking the door.
• Return Access: You will return the key to the community center, promptly, by depositing the key into the water bill drop box or to the Fiscal Officer.
• Liability: You agree to indemnify the Village of Perrysville, its members, and agents against all liability for personal injury or property damage.
• Vacate on Time: You must vacate the premises by the scheduled time.
